Yanhe Tech and Zhuoyue Intelligence Form Strategic Partnership to Advance Autonomous Deep-Space Energy Systems

On July 17, Yanhe Technology and Hangzhou Zhuoyue Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhuoyue Intelligence”) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. By combining their respective strengths in space energy and lunar embodied intelligence, the two companies will jointly develop advanced solutions for lunar exploration, planetary missions and the International Lunar Research Station.

Zhuoyue Intelligence specializes in embodied AI for space, with a focus on dexterous lunar-surface robots, deep-space communications and navigation constellations, and integrated space-ground intelligent training platforms. Its technologies support autonomous exploration and operations in extreme lunar environments, including in-situ resource prospecting, extraction and habitat construction.

The partnership will focus on four areas: technology development, application deployment, ecosystem collaboration and industrial advancement. The two companies will jointly develop key space photovoltaic technologies for complex deep-space environments and advance photovoltaic systems for spacecraft, lunar robots and lunar energy infrastructure.

Zhuoyue Intelligence will provide access to its environmental testing, in-orbit payload and lunar mission validation resources. Together, the two companies will explore integrated solutions combining lunar intelligent equipment with autonomous energy systems and participate in major national space research and engineering programs.

Leveraging next-generation space-grade photovoltaic materials, advanced solar arrays and deployment mechanisms, and wireless power transmission technologies, the partnership aims to improve the reliability of photovoltaic equipment in extreme environments and establish an integrated energy supply system for deep-space missions.

Yanhe Technology is committed to advancing next-generation photovoltaics and frontier energy technologies for the AI and interstellar era. The company is developing a comprehensive portfolio of space power stations, including the planned “Xiyue” Series Lunar Power Stations. Its goal is to deploy lunar-orbit energy satellites and distributed lunar-surface power stations in phases by the end of 2030, supporting long-term lunar exploration and development.

The two companies plan to begin ground-based validation in 2026, gradually launch lunar-orbit tests from 2027 and work toward lunar-surface validation around 2030.
