Yanhe Technology has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing StarPath Space Technology Co., Ltd. (“StarPath”). The two companies will combine their expertise in space photovoltaics and lunar resource development to advance lunar power stations, surface charging technologies and engineering services for future lunar exploration.

StarPath is China’s first technology company focused on the commercial development of lunar helium-3. Its capabilities cover lunar resource exploration, mining equipment, in-situ resource extraction, storage and transportation. Its core team comes from Harbin Institute of Technology and leading Chinese aerospace institutes, with experience in lunar payload delivery, surface construction and resource extraction.
Yanhe Technology develops lightweight, highly stable and high-specific-power photovoltaic solutions designed for extreme space environments. Its technologies can support lunar power stations, spacecraft energy systems and other deep-space applications.
Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly develop power systems for lunar mining and in-situ energy stations. They will also explore charging services for lunar rovers and other deep-space vehicles, advance payload integration and surface deployment, and collaborate on research projects related to lunar construction and resource utilization.
The partnership marks an important step in Yanhe Technology’s 2030 Space Power Station Plan, which focuses on space computing power stations, in-space manufacturing power stations and lunar power stations. By connecting energy supply, engineering implementation and lunar applications, Yanhe Technology and StarPath aim to accelerate the development of reliable energy infrastructure for lunar exploration, resource utilization and future lunar research stations.
